Of course we watched the Office last night. I wonder if they are going to continue with the same number of episodes they typically have in a season. That means we will have new episodes this summer. Pretty good episode last night. I imagine they need to get back into the swing of it.

Twice today I pulled up the blog and thought my phone was ringing - the Office theme was on the playlist and it is my ringtone :-)

We're waiting until tonight to watch it...can't wait! Isn't that the best show?! We love it! To answer your question...we live in the DFW area and are moving to West Texas...the land of oil wells, dust storms, and sage brush. Doesn't it sound inviting? hehe

Yes I did, Babe.

Heather, "babe", you are CRACKING ME UP.

Of course I did...it is a treat my hubby and I have been looking forward to for a long time. But it was so awkward, that I actually had to look away a few times! Like Michael sleeping at the foot of the bed because Jan had space issues. But I liked the end with Pam and Jim in the car and Pam calling Jim "babe". Isn't it true that sometimes life's most awkward moments, when shared with a loved one, often leads to a shared private joke between you? I bet they will call each other babe as a joke lots of times and smile knowingly each time. (At least they would if they were real! :-))

The original "babe" reference (or at least where I started to see it consistently) is from the reality show The Amazing Race. The couples spend every week saying "babe let's go" "babe you are wonderful". Then by week 10 or so it is "babe you are driving me crazy".

So many things to comment on...

1. Yes, we watched.
2. I hate the term "babe." There is a family at school where the dad calls his daughter "babe" and that really creeps me out.
3. It was a tad awkward at times...poor Jim and Pam
4. Looooved that Jim and Pam stole the CD at the end.
5. Angela must be the tightest wound person ever...wonder what will happen if she snaps?

I have to say, though, that if you stayed and watched Scrubs, it was actually a funnier episode. I know, that might get me in some trouble here, but it was the case.

I'm touch and go with the office. Depending on my mood, I suppose. Am I missing something? A sense of humor, perhaps? Maybe I just need to watch more. I'm still SO IN LOVE WITH YOUR MUSIC, Debbie. I think we must be completely music compatible. You must worship at a happening church like I do. Isn't God so good?!!!!!!

I guess I have to comment as the ONLY person in the world who doesn't watch TV. Am I missing something? I don't mind watching other people's cable, but I guess I just cant justify spending $45 a month (yes, it's that much here- we only have Wave Cable) and getting so much bad with the little bit of good. OK, before I turn you all off by being too pious, I need to go watch Waitress before it has to go back;).

It's hard keeping up with blogs, a 2 year old and a 2 week old. Here goes:

1/ Breakfast is good ANYTIME to me. And since I am nursing I may have been seen eating dinner leftovers cold from the fridge at 8 a.m. Manicotti, chicken casserole, you name it. Oh, and Sonic ice is the best ice ever and I don't care if it is bad for my teeth.

2/ I agree we bloggers love the comments. I still haven't gotten over not getting one single comment on my PW post from March 21. I thought it was one of my best posts to date. Who knew it was so bad no one had a single honkin' thing to say about it?

3/ I'm so glad your friend bought you the slippers...I wanted to get them for you but had to go birth a baby instead.

4/ I have had the exact thoughts about charging cameras and loading ipods when I saw those vending machines at the airport. What a rip.

5/ I was at the refrigerator (shocker) when "Shout to the Lord" came on Idol and I was so confused. It was like when you hear a Christian song at the doctors office or something and you think, "am I hearing this right?" I sounded awesome. I was really sad to see what's his face voted off, he was one of my favorites. Even though it IS called American Idol, I was willing to see the Aussie win.

6/ Lastly, we have The Office on tape so I will get back to ya on that one.

Here ends the longest comment ever.

Oh!! I love, love, love "The Office" and I love to talk about it. I also LOVE the fact that you have The Scrantones on your playlist!! I'm adding the theme song to my playlist right now. ~Jill :)
