Blushworthy? Nah, it's Blogworthy!

From the same kid who made the chocolate boobie milk comment, I present you with the following reenactment of a conversation my 6 year old son and I had while exiting the Pirate Ship ride at Hershey Park this week:

Me: Hunka Hunka (my son), what did you think of that ride? Wasn't it fun?

Hunka Hunka: It was so cool.
It made my "pee pee peep" really tickle.

Me: BWAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA. I am so gonna blog about that.

'Cause, it's all about the blog. Isn't it?

That was so funny. I remember when my son was about 3 or 4 he made the comment that he could make his pee-pee move.

I love pureness that comes out of kids mouths.

Ahhhh, yet another one for the memory box. So a pee pee peep, huh? Interesting.

And more importantly... how did you like Hershey? And at what age? I debated going to Hershey this summer with the wee ones but decided against it. I remember loving it when I went (once) as a child.

Heeheehee~ so funny!

There is a very hilly road near our house that we had to take today to pick up Ben from theatre camp and on the way there Coop said, "mom take the roller coaster road, I like the way it makes my p*nis feel"

ummm, okay.

seriously, from my four year old.

Why does this make me uncomfortable? My poor boys are doomed! I simply cannot talk about anatomy without becoming a bablling, blushing idiot....

But it IS all about the blog :)!

OMG I am dying here debbi! I had to read your post twice to make sure I was reading it right! my son, who's 9 now, said the same thing (except he said PENIS!) when he was that age on that ride! of course, he did it at the TOP OF HIS LUNGS! I even have a picture of him on that ride with that caption under it in his scrapbook...too funny! I think they should rename that ride...or at least post a warning!

From the mouths of babes! I laugh all the time at the things the kindergarteners say at school. I can't even think of anything that funny now, but everyday someone cracks me up with a different comment. OH, one little boy did say to me one day "everyone likes Jack and I don't. Is that ok?" I didn't even know how to answer that!

Thankfully I had swallowed my mouthful of coffee before reading that !!!

what a cutie..i would have blogged it too!

Yes, blog about it now .. because when they are older they a) won't tell you cutely honest things like that, and b) they won't want you to tell the world when they do.

My youngest brothers are 6, 7 and 8and they give me the best laughs. Love that age! I keep telling them that I can and will remember forever and then tell their wives. They don't like that idea so much. My 8 year old brother has gotten wise, though. He'll tell mom, "Don't tell Britt .. she's sarcastic!"

teehee! What a cutie. Definitely blogworthy. Thanks for sharing that with us!

Yes! Shortly after we got married, my husband's *much* older half-brother told us about a trip to an amusement park when Jason was 3 or 4. He kept asking to go on this certain ride again and again, and when asked why he liked it so much he said, "Because it makes my pee pee tingle!"

Cute. Glad you were explicitly clear that Hunka Hunka is your son. Sorry about that last time. I've worried about that comment since I wrote it.

*sigh*

Sweet young boys. They grow so fast. And then this stuff doesn't come out so freely. (Thank God.)

Innocent honesty is so sweet, isn't it? Where and how do we lose that?

Gave ya a little something on my blog...

Unknown said...

Heck yes about the blog... and about the later potential for black mail and embarrassment...

I remember taking my sister on a ride when she was little... half way through she said "This makes me feel like I have to go wee-wee"

StacyRenee said...

Oh the honesty and pureness of little ones. my 7 year old loves to give her version of a words definition. My fav so far is "isolated means like when you fall in the pool and it freezes around you and you get isolated"

I don't think I will ever understand boys...and I have one! That was too funny!

Speaking of Gina, ask her what Jonah did with purple permanent marker and where:}

Is that gonna be a comment that sticks with him for a while?

LOL I thought I was the only one. When my son was little and we got off the log ride at Santas village he said it made his pee pee scared.....Hahaha. I had forgotten about that. Thanks for bringing back such a cute and funny memory
