Happy Thanksgiving!

"Thanksgiving is a time of quiet reflection...an annual reminder that God has, again, been ever so faithful. The solid and simple things of life are brought into clear focus."

--From one of my very favorite evangelical writers and speakers, Chuck Swindoll.

I am unplugging until the kids go back to school next Monday so I can enjoy my very favorite holiday. Have a great Thanksgiving!

  1. Happy Thanksgiving to you!! I was just thinking about you a few minutes ago.

Is it weird for me to "miss" someone that I have never met in real life? Well I miss you.

Praying that you have a weekend full of many blessings.

  16. I ventured to Tyson's for Black Friday. Am I crazy? Perhaps. Did I get overwhelmed? I think not. Am I immune to disorder & chaos because I'm a high school teacher? Probably. Hope you and your family enjoyed the long, long weekend! BTW, don't forget to tune in to Sx3 today...we've got the Holiday Spirit!

  25. Hi, Debbie, I've been wondering if the Twilight label on this post is because you are thankful for this series of books, or if it's a subtle way to let us know that you are not really at home spending time with the kiddos but instead heading off to see the new movie. :)
